The Intelligence Behind Modern Healthcare

AI powered clinical insights and telehealth helping institutions reach further for better outcomes.

AI-Powered
Clinical Insight

Lumair turns natural speech into objective clinical mental health signals.

Vocal biomarkers surface mental health condition associations, risk markers, cognitive change, and stress load, delivered as clinician facing decision support with trajectory alerts. The system extends what a limited provider workforce can see and cover.

From a session’s audio, the models score across a broad range of conditions, including depressive, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, psychotic, substance use, and neurocognitive disorders. They flag safety alerts and show risk across self-harm, substance use, treatment adherence, and more, grounded in large published population studies. Scores are tracked across each patient’s own sessions, so clinicians see trajectory, not just a snapshot.

Lumair built its own acoustic analysis library and trained its own models from the ground up. The technology is proprietary end to end.

The Mind Health Score™ brings it together in a clear dashboard that surfaces mental states, condition interactions, and risk context to inform treatment planning.

Telehealth
Infrastructure

Lumair delivers care where infrastructure is thin. A hub-and-spoke architecture links central hospitals to remote clinics across islands, rural regions, or an entire nation, so clinicians can reach patients and consult specialists anywhere there’s connectivity. Video adjusts its resolution to the available bandwidth and falls back to audio when a connection can’t sustain it, maintaining continuity of care.

Clinical records follow the FHIR standard, so Lumair connects to the medical record system an organization already runs, or uses Lumair’s own record system depending on configuration. The data layer can run self-hosted, so stored patient data stays inside a jurisdiction’s borders and under its control.

The platform is built to HIPAA requirements, with extensive audit logging and security controls throughout. Reporting tracks activity across every site, so program and utilization reports for leadership, payers, and funders are ready when they’re due.

Start with a single clinic and grow to a statewide or national network on the same platform.

The Problem

Care systems are stretched past their reach. Distance, staffing, and infrastructure leave communities underserved. Clinicians decide with incomplete information, and risk builds quietly between visits.

The Solution

Lumair pairs telehealth infrastructure that extends care to remote populations with clinical intelligence that shows care teams what they would otherwise miss. Sovereign data control included.

Security and Cyber Defense

Encryption in transit and at rest. Role-based access, network segmentation, continuous monitoring, redundant connectivity. Zero trust architecture backed by government scale cyber security.

Auditing & Reporting

Every session, alert, and insight logged with a full audit trail and exportable for review. Oversight reporting and population-level dashboards for administrators.

Compliance for Government Systems

Privacy-by-design architecture aligned to U.S. HIPAA, GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Principles. Architected for a path to FedRAMP and GovRAMP authorization. Data sovereignty handled at the architecture level.

HEALTHCARE
SYSTEMS

Hospitals, clinics, and national health systems. Extend care to remote populations and modernize delivery where infrastructure is thin. WHO aligned digital health priorities.

WELLNESS &
LONGEVITY

Cognitive and mind health measured over time. An objective marker for longevity programs, executive health, and prevention.

MENTAL
HEALTH

Early risk detection and continuity of care. Surface deterioration before it becomes a crisis.

GOVERNMENT &
DEFENSE

Veterans, defense, and justice systems. Early risk flagging for suicide prevention, readiness visibility without self-report bias, and population-level monitoring at scale.

Mission

Lumair closes the distance between where care is and where it is needed. We build the infrastructure that carries care to underserved populations and the intelligence that helps clinicians see what they would otherwise miss.
